Alison Shepherd – Family Law Specialist

Alison has 24 years of experience in family law. She handles family disputes including financial provision, children, divorce and Inheritance Act disputes.

Alison trained as a Mediator in the USA in 1997 and as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2009.  Alison is keen to consider alternative ways of resolving disputes rather than traditionally progressing through the Courts.

Alison is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Resolution (First for Family Law) and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
